Mindful Harmony is a web application that provides users with music theory tools to discover and play chords in their browser. Premium users can export songs as MIDI files. User-generated songs are stored on our servers and can be shared at the user's discretion.
Users are required to provide their name and email address for registration.
Users using Google authentication allow the app to access their name and email from Google.
To access our service, users must be at least 16 years old. Users under 16 can use the service with guardian approval.
Subscription plans and prices are subject to change and are listed on the app's account page.
Users can choose between monthly and annual subscriptions.
In certain cases, longer subscription terms may be available, such as for schools, larger companies, or special deals.
Returns are permitted within 7 days of purchasing a lifetime plan, provided the customer has not had a trial period. There are no returns for subscription plans.
When customers pay for a subscription period, they gain access to the premium content on the service during that period.
When a user purchases a lifetime plan for premium features, they receive access to the premium features for as long as the service is provided. The company reserves the right to close down the service at any time and for any cause, and no refunds will be issued in such a situation.
We exclusively use Paddle for payment processing and as a merchant of record/reseller. Please refer to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions for more information.
Our Privacy Policy can be found at www.mindfulharmony.app/privacy-policy. It outlines how user data is collected, stored, and used. We are compliant with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
Twiddle Coding reserves the right to delete user-generated content on the platform at any time without specifying reasons.
User-generated content is not shared with anyone unless the user chooses to do so.
Ownership of Intellectual Property: Twiddle Coding retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, associated with the Mindful Harmony service.
User Restrictions: Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any of Twiddle Coding's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material without obtaining explicit written permission.
Permission Requests: Users seeking permission to use Twiddle Coding's intellectual property must submit a formal request. Permission may be granted under specific terms and conditions or licensing agreements.
Users are prohibited from:
Engaging in malicious attacks.
Attempting to gather user data.
Using the app as an API or for web scraping.
Copying any of the app's source code.
Consequences of violating these rules may include legal action, account suspension without refunds, and potential liability for losses or added server usage costs.
Disclaimer of Certain Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twiddle Coding disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under Swedish law.
Maximum Liability: In any event where Twiddle Coding may be held liable, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the services within the preceding twelve (12) months.
User's Responsibility: Users agree to indemnify and hold Twiddle Coding harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from their use of the Mindful Harmony service, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Notification: Twiddle Coding will notify users in writing of any claim or action that requires indemnification. Users are obligated to promptly respond to such notifications and cooperate in the defense of any claim or action.
Twiddle Coding reserves the right to terminate a user's account or access to the service under any terms without specifying reasons. Users can delete their account and user data following the terms outlined in the privacy policy.
The agreement is governed by Swedish law, and legal disputes will be resolved in a Swedish court.
Users will be notified of changes to the terms and conditions by email. By continuing to use the app, users accept the updated terms.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Twiddle Coding and the user, supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, and govern the use of the Mindful Harmony service.
